Shipping policy

We ship all of our packages with USPS, UPS, FedEX or DHL. We make every effort of ensuring your items arrive quickly and safely. We do our best to ship all items no more than two to five days from the date of your purchase.

RESIDENTS OF CANADA: If the value of your order exceeds $20.00 USD and you select UPS Ground as a checkout option, you will need to pay import fees at the time of pickup. To avoid this fee, select the USPS shipping option instead or you may request that we do it for you. We will notify you upon order preparation that a fee may apply and will hold your order until we hear back from you. If no reply is made within 48 hours we will continue with the shipment. UPS import fees start at $7.00 USD for orders between $20 and $40 USD. There are no fees added to expedited and express UPS shipments.

Please recycle discarded packaging if possible.

You are responsible for making sure you have given us the correct address to ship to. Any address given is verified by USPS Standardized Address System to be correct or incorrect. If your address cannot be verified, we will make several attempts to find out the correct address for you.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (If we cannot find it in our system).

Shipping

If you wish to return an item, a shipping label will be provided to you. You must have access to a printer to print the label to affix to the return package. Please return the item in the same package it arrived in if possible and package the item the same way it was received. Once the item has been securely packaged, it can be dropped off at any US Post Office without having to wait in line. If you cannot print the label, you will need to pay for postage to return the item at your local postal service provider.
